Dark fantasy creature concepts

These are random creature concepts for a dark fantasy world. The coloring on most is a bit weird because they are marker sketches originally.

The Necromedusae are intelligent jellyfish-like creatures that possess corpses of various creatures to use as vessels for tasks their own weak bodies aren't up to.

Some young necromedusae join together to create more complex abominations than they could on their own. The older, stronger necromedusae can tap into the winds of magic by possessing the corpse of a dead mage or mystic.

The Dark-Forged are ancient constructs that hold the souls of the people of a kingdom long dead and forgotten.
